Key Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to prospective leads provided by the company
-Explain project details clearly and confidently
-Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism
-Schedule site visits & maintain lead follow-ups
-Update lead details in CRM regularly
Requirements:
-Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
-Prior telecalling experience in real estate / insurance / sales preferred
-Positive attitude, patience, and persuasive ability
-Basic knowledge of MS Excel & CRM tools
