Key Responsibilities:
-Meet potential clients through site visits, meetings, and events
-Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
-Conduct property presentations and explain features, benefits, and financial aspects
-Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth
-Coordinate with Telecalling & CRM teams for lead follow-ups
-Stay updated with market trends, builder projects, and competitor offerings
Requirements:
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Prior experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers with passion for sales can also apply)
-Presentable, confident, and client-focused approach
